You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased from our website. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Custom orders and personalized items may have different return terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that have been damaged, altered, or show signs of use may not be eligible for return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us before returning any items to ensure proper processing.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@skryxelluchakur.world with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the item back.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom-made or personalized items, items that have been used or damaged by the customer, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the item has not yet been shipped. Once an item has been shipped, standard return procedures apply.
Custom orders may be cancelled before production begins, subject to any non-refundable deposits or fees that were agreed upon at the time of order placement.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order number. We will process the cancellation and issue a refund if applicable.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 5-10 business days after we process the return.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank. Please contact the card issuer if you have questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
